Artisanal Production: We begin with whole rye kernels milled fresh onsite at our distillery. Fermentation precedes distillation in our custom 24-inch Vendome Copper & Brassworks column still. For unwavering consistency, we blend five distillate batches before barreling – true small-batch dedication.

Expert Aging & Unique Finish: Matured for over three years in handcrafted Seguin Moreau American Oak barrels (#3 char), our rye develops its character across three distinct on-site aging locations. Each spot offers unique microclimates influencing temperature, humidity, and airflow. Master Distiller Jordan Via then selects portions for a transformative two-month finish in prized Dave Phinney Grenache barrels. This signature step imparts unparalleled depth, texture, and layered complexity you won’t find elsewhere.
