Born unexpectedly from a challenging hailstorm in 2017, Lezèr (“light” in local dialect) has become a celebrated annual release. We embrace nature’s variability: each vintage features a unique exploration of grape proportions, whole-bunch fermentation, and aging vessels – including concrete, stainless steel, amphora, and old wood. This dynamic approach captures the pure essence of our biodynamically farmed vineyards (8 hectares across sandy, gravelly alluvial soils), resulting in a distinct expression every year.
