Crafted with Precision: Produced by Boann Distillery, this Irish whiskey is a masterpiece of flavor and craftsmanship. Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels from the renowned Brown Forman of Kentucky, these 200-liter American Oak casks (Quercus Alba) are heavily charred to impart a rich, smoky character. The distillate is a mixed mash bill Single Pot Still, featuring locally grown Irish grains: malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye.

A Collaboration of Excellence: In partnership with the esteemed Marsala house, Cantine de Vinci, Boann Distillery selected Superiore and Fine Marsala Butts crafted from French oak (Quercus Petraea). These casks were filled with bourbon-matured Single Pot Still whiskey, offering a robust backbone of vanilla and honey from the American Oak, complemented by the spicy and citrusy notes of Marsala wine from the French Oak.
