Winemaking Excellence:
The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in a blend of a used 225L French oak barrel and a 600L clay amphora. With 94 days on the skins, this skin-contact white wine develops rich textures and grippy tannins, setting it apart from conventional whites. After racking, the wine ages for 6 months without stirring, allowing its flavors to mature naturally. Notably, no sulfites are added, and the wine remains unfined and unfiltered, preserving its authentic character.
