Collaborating with the legendary George Espie (ex-Master of Wood from The Macallan) and Ventura Nunez of Vasyma Cooperage, Boann Distillery selected 250-liter American Oak (Quercus Alba) casks to age their Single Pot Still distillate. This distillate features a mixed mash bill of locally grown Irish grains—malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye—ensuring a rich, complex flavor profile.
