Winemaker Notes: 
“This reserve bottling from Choblet is produced from the older vines of the estate and the choicest vineyard parcels. Bottled unfiltered, it is chalk-full of minerals and bracing acidity. Showing greater length than the regular bottling, it is also much more dense and full of tension. With air, it opens up to classic melon, citrus notes in the nose, but more reserved and more complex.”
